It’s the kind of experience I came to expect at Katana Kitten. It’s a beautifully composed drink in a friendly lively atmosphere. And finally they swap out sweet vermouth for Japanese aged umeshu (plum brandy) which rounds it all out with a wonderful sour fruitiness and herbal quality.
